Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of California and as a concerned US citizen I would appreciate if you can approve a spot Bitcoin ETF. We cannot let our citizens miss the opportunity to secure their families wealth while fiat money is continuing to be debased by our government and every other nations governments Central Banks.
