I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in complete support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. By delaying or denying this conversion, you are not protecting me, the investor – the very person you were appointed to protect. You are denying me additional vehicles to increase my holdings and future as a whole. As an investor, I should have the ability to decide the exposure to assets I want and not be denied access to them because you do not understand them for what they are. Your decisions (or indecisions) are causing existing shareholders billions of dollars in destruction of value. Thank you- Paul Koenig Colorado
