I would encourage the SEC to approve Grayscale’s request to convert the GBTC trust into an ETF. As a shareholder, I don’t think it makes much sense for the trust to be trading at a premium or deficit compared to the underlying asset value as much as it does – their conversion to ETF should stabilize that.
