Please approve the conversion of the Greyscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF. I know the SEC is looking to protect investors concerning Bitcoin. However, investors that already own shares in the trust are being hurt because the trust is trading at a premium. They have also pledged to reduce management fees, which you could mandate as a condition of the conversion. Thank you
