Dear SEC, I write to you as a Massachusetts based GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC). Allowing the etf conversion will help America become more competitive in overseeing Bitcoin investments and provide a higher quality investment opportunity for all.
