Dear Folks – I am a Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) shareholder. I write in support of the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. American investors can already trade in Bitcoin futures. Investors can also trade in GBTC, but with a huge tracking error, which distorts the market and serves no one. Please allow GBTC to be converted to an ETF so that it accurately tracks the value of the underlying instrument (Bitcoin). Thank you. John Ferguson
