Good morning, I am a GBTC and ETHE holder and wish to express my sincere desire for the SEC to approve the conversion filing for Grayscale Bitcoin Fund (GBTC) to become an ETF. Understanding the risks associated with Bitcoin and with the traditional financial markets as I do (i am a financial advisor with over 15 years' experience), it is clear to me that this conversion represents the best way to right-size access to Bitcoin among the masses. As it stands today, only accredited investors (see: rich people) have access to exposure to BTC using their existing brokerage and retirement accounts without moving to less regulated and less tenured exchanges.
