To whom it may concern I have been an investor in GBTC for years. There are times when the price of GBTC seems to move in a direction different than the spot price of bitcoin. At times like that I feel that there may be some market manipulation going on by large institutions. I believe it would be in the interest of investors in GBTC if it always moved with the price of bitcoin. Accordingly, I encourage you to allow GBTC to convert to an ETF.
