Dear SEC, I absolutely support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into a Spot Bitcoin ETF. GBTC is the world's largest Bitcoin fund and it would show the world that the US is a leader in the digital asset space if the SEC would allow the conversion to take place. Bitcoin has proven itself to be a widely adopted digital currency and it would facilitate investor options to have access to a Bitcoin spot ETF. It would be a shame for more investments to move out of the country by those looking for a Bitcoin spot alternative to GBTC. Sincerely, Roger Eschenroeder
