Dear SEC, Why approve GBTC to spot price ETF? *Better protection for investment and for investors. *Using NAV as a "discount brokerage" has become not only a joke but more prone to manipulation. *Other countries successfully made the conversion safely to an ETF to better protect their citizens. *Upon ETFs approval, more investors will enter the market to diversify their portfolio. *And it's the "right thing to do".
