I am a current sharehold of GBTC. I am strongly in favor of converting the trust to an ETF for 2 reasons: 1. I particularly would like to see the value more closely track the current value of bitcoin 2. As a trust, it costs me a commission every time I purchase or sell shares in my Etrade account. If it was converted to an ETF, I would be able to save on that needless commission. Regards, Greg Kuhn
