Dear SEC, I join the thousands of other individual investors and well-respected institutions in urging you to approve the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. For the reasons set forth in the numerous comments you have already received, failing to approve a spot bitcoin ETF is both illogical and damaging to individual and institutional investors alike. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to express my views on this important matter. Please approve the conversion of Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust to an ETF.
