I'm writing to the SEC with overwhelming support for converting all Grayscale Crypto trusts, but especially Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) and Grayscale Ethereum Trust (ETHE) into a physically-backed ETF. This conversion will allow GBTC shares to trade at the Net Asset Value (NAV) with much lower junk fees. Beyond the NAV and lower fees, it's simply the right thing to do. I have an engineering degree and two Master's degree, including an MBA. I fully understand the risks and rewards of owning and trading crypto currency, NFT's, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, 3x leveraged ETFs, commodities, precious metals, and real estate. I win, lose, succeed, and fail on my own, with my own decisions. I do not need or want "big brother" SEC or federal government telling me what I can and can't do with MY MONEY!
