Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol%3A GBTC)%2C currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund%2C to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of the state is Virginia and I have been investing in securities and real estate on a personal basis for more than 25 years. This ETF contains no more risk than many of the other ETF offerings available to investors (such as the 2X gold stock etf or the 3X treasury bond ETF). As such, I support the creation of this investment as a way to safely invest in this sector. I would like to have a US option vice an overseas option because our regulation is better.
