To, SEC Dear Chairman, I'm writing this letter in support of GBTC conversion to ETF. I believe, this is very important for a common retail investor like me to have fair market value of the GBTC. I strongly believe that the ETF would more effectively track the price of Bitcoin, effectively eliminating discounts and premiums - If GBTC shares are trading at a discount to NAV, all else being equal, they will increase in value upon conversion - If GBTC shares are trading at a premium to NAV, all else being equal, they will decrease in value upon -There will less management fee for GBTC, which is very critical for a small investor like me.
