To whom it may concern, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to an ETF. Other countries have already passed the creation of bitcoin spot ETF’s, and the United States should not fall behind opening up this new technology and asset class to the masses. I’m writing from Colorado with gratitude for the opportunity to express my view to you and with the hope and expectation that you will approve this conversion and protect the interest of investors.
