Approve GBTC as an ETF. As a GBTC shareholder, please approve the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. That would benefit shareholders in lowering the 2% expense ratio, and removing the >20% NAV discount to BTC that it currently trades out. Many of your constituents bought GBTC at a NAV premium in retirement accounts because it was the only way to trade BTC in these accounts. A change to an ETF would make BTC trading more efficient and be good for the general public. Thanks -- Steve Griffiths
