Hello, commissioners, Please approve Grayscale's application to convert GBTC to a Spot ETF. I dislike the price movement that is not in parity with the true underlying product. I didn't invest in GBTC because I like to invest a distortion of an asset, it was the only opportunity I had. Please give me what I am looking for, Thank you for your time, Nate Mills
