I am retired, and not a highly sophisticated investor. Yet, I do want to participate in the direct bitcoin market. You do a disservice to me and other investors like me by making an direct investment in bitcoin more complicated and restricted than it needs to be. Don’t consider only the big guys, also take a moment to address the needs of the small investor. A bitcoin ETF would help do that. Thank you. Sincerely, John E. Novak
