Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an NFT. It is time for The United States to become a leader in this technology by joining Canada, Australia, and other forward-thinking countries. By not approving the conversion, you are not protecting me. I’m writing from New Jersey, with gratitude for the opportunity to express my view and with the hope that you will approve this conversion and protect my interest as an investor.
