Dear SEC, Please convert GBTC to an ETF. This is an asset that is completely ready for a spot ETF. This is a no brainer, other countries are leading the way, and at this point - I really feel that the US and the SEC needs to step up and show leadership. This isn't just about this ETF becoming a spot ETF. This is about the US securities authorities recognizing that digital assets like bitcoin are here to stay, and that your retail investor like myself deserves an easier way to participate in this market. This is also about the US showing leadership in the innovation in digital assets - which is critical to our country on a global stage, and the future of our economy. I very much hope that the SEC will approve the conversion of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF as soon as possible. Regards, Michael Betts
