To whom it may concern, As an investor in Grayscale's products, a direct investor in cryptocurrencies, and a tax-paying American citizen, I implore you to consider GBTC's proposed conversion to a spot ETF. A spot ETF for Bitcoin (BTC) will provide an opportunity for investors to gain exposure much more easily and cheaply into cryptocurrencies without the burden of having to hold the crypto themselves. Crypto's potential to provide investors with a new way to encourage utilization and growth of the USD is something the US populus wants. Please consider approving this application to ensure the US does not fall behind other countries with this type of investment vehicle (Spot ETF). Chris Losacco
