Dear SEC, The acceptance of Bitcoin spot ETF's continue to be delayed, with the justification that you are trying to protect the retail investor. In reality, you're hurting us by forcing us into inferior products that don't accurately track the underlying asset that we want exposure to. Please do right by small investors like myself, and's accept Grayscale's request to convert into a Bitcoin spot ETF. Thank you for your time, Christopher Crounse
