I support the GBTC proposal for a conversion to a spot Bitcoin ETF. - I travel outside of the USA and don’t have a USA cell phone so I can’t invest in bitcoin directly since one security layer involves repeated use of a US based phone. - I don’t foresee any harmful consequences. If you've already approved a futures based ETF then you should approve the GBTC proposal. - After one ETF is established there will be healthy competition via similar ETFs from companies like Fidelity, Sincerely, Dave Smith, Kissimmee, FL
