Good morning, Please consider efforts to convert GBTC to an ETF. It would cause shares, trading at a discount, to trade in line with NAV, because GBTC as an ETF would allow for simultaneous creations and redemptions. The SEC should approve GBTC for conversion to an ETF and allow investors a choice over which product best meets their investment needs.
