I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A spot based etf will surely be a much better product for the average investor than a futures ETF. Spot ETFs are already approved in other countries and if the US wants to stay competitive I feel a spot ETF is required. Thank you for your consideration. Ryan Pomicter
