Hello SEC team. I'm writing in support of the conversion of the Greyscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF. I am a holder of GBTC because it is the most straightforward way to have some Bitcoin exposure in my portfolio, but unfortunately it trades at a substantial discount to Bitcoin's spot price. I believe this would be remedied if it were able to convert to an exchange-traded fund. Thanks! Chad Horner
