Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I understand your job is hard. But an etf is the safest way for the common investor to participate in this new asset class. Most people are not technically minded to store Bitcoin safely. This allows a safe way to invest for the non technical investor. Again I know investor safety is difficult. But an ETF is indeed the safest way moving forward, for most of the investors to invest safely! Sincerely, Stetson Shaffer
