Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. An ETF would provide better pricing tracking the underlying asset. Reduce the fees associated with the product and future liquidity opportunities. I’m writing from Colorado.
