Dear SEC, As a GBTC shareholder, I ask that you allow the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. We, as investors, should be able to choose if we’d like direct or futures-based exposure to that asset (I actually have both). GBTC is the largest crypto fund, with 100s of MMs in ADV, >3% of all Bitcoins outstanding, and is held by >850K investors, like me. Appreciate it, Mo Yehia
