Dear SEC, Please convert Grayscale GBTC to an ETF. The ETF would more effectively track the price of Bitcoin, effectively eliminating discounts and premiums This would provide a fund that is what the public wants, to be able to invest in cryptocurrency appropriately. So many other nations have this. America is behind the curve on this. Thank you Jay Shen
