Dear SEC, Bitcoin has become a major asset class in the world yet does not have proper representation in the marketplace for those wishing to invest in the product in their managed portfolios. Allowing for futures ETF but not Spot Bitcoin ETFs is not fair and reasonable to the market or the asset that investors may wish to express their feelings on in the future. Please immediately approve Spot Bitcoin ETFs such as GBTC Thank you, Kris Kalibat
