Dear SEC, I am writing to you as GBTC shareholder. I am in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTC GBTC) to an ETF. By not approving I feel that you are not protecting me as well as can be done. An ETF is a much better and more trusted asset class than funds. Please allow this conversion.
