Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Writing from the Sunshine State of Florida. If there is a futures Bitcoin ETF I believe it is unethical to continue to deny spot Bitcoin ETFs. You are not protecting investors. You are hurting us and have been for years. Please approve spot ETFs. The US investors deserve it and we are so behind in space. Sincerely, Robert Soto
