Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a Puerto Rico resident who has followed this case closely for the last several years. It appears to be counter to the SEC's stated mission to continue to approve futures-based ETFs while rejecting spot ETFs. Sincerely, Adam Nili
