Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Regardless of the actual intentions of the SEC, the perception is that the 1% are pressuring you to not green light the spot ETF so they can accumulate more before the plebeians.
