Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. In the context of an efficient portfolio Bitcoin has become an important asset to hold with significant portfolio diversification benefits and will become increasingly important over time. US investors deserve access to an efficient and low cost vehicle through which to invest, if they so choose. America has the best entrepreneurs in the world and they have been ready to deliver this product for a long while. This process has already taken far too long and the goalposts are both unclear and shifting. Give investors the ability so they can choose what is right for themselves. Please approve the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust conversion to a spot ETF. Hard working Americans want this product. Sincerely, Brad Gordon
