Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I kindly suggest you to approve the bitcoin etf in order to give the Usa the dominance in this new financial revolution that we are living. Do not take the risk to become irreelevant in this sector or other countries will take the lead. If you really intend to remain a bulwark for democracy in the entire world, this is the way.
