Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It’s frustrating to watch the United States stifle innovation - the SEC states a spot Bitcoin ETF will be denied because it’s manipulated…. The SEC has a real opportunity to help the crypto markets with regulation and should give guidance instead of initiating law suits. Sincerely, Mike McCoy
