In order for retail investors to safely and securely have exposure to Bitcoin, the SEC should allow Grayscale to convert GBTC to an ETF. This move would protect investors and provide enormous opportunity for millions of Americans to invest in Bitcoin. Respectfully, David M. Clolinger
