To Whom it may concern, With respect to File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90 a vote to allow GBTC to convert from an ETN to an ETF will be very beneficial to investors. This will give a much better mechanism for investors to get exposure to BTC in various account types. It is totally anti-competitive not to allow BTC ETFs in US markets. At this point multiple countries have allowed ETFs of this type. At the end of the day government should not block freedom of choice in the investment markets. Please vote to allow the ETF conversion as soon as possible. I have been holding some GBTC in my portfolio for over 7 years I am not new to BTC or crypto. Thank you. Andre Thebeau Small investor.
