I am writing to the SEC as a shareholder of GBTC. It is long overdue for the SEC to permit an ETF of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. By not approving such ETF's, the SEC has created a very different playing field for institutional versus street investors, one that perpetuates the wealthy getting wealthier at the expense of "regular" people. Bitcoin and ethereum are very established crypto currencies, and while their current volatility remains high, a lot of the volatility is due to institutional players. Bringing in street investors will ultimately stabilize these prices and allow for a better crypto environment overall. Thank you, Marta Nystrom
