Dear SEC, I am writing to you in hopes that you will convert Grayscale GBTC Trust into an ETF. I own close to 7,000 shares of Grayscale, and I also own Bitcoin. Grayscale is a large portion of my retirement account. I would fully support the conversion to an ETF. I hope you approve the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. Other countries have approved a Bitcoin spot ETF, and we are ready for it here in the U.S. Thank you! Justin T.
