Dear SEC I am writing to you to show my support to convert Grayscale Bitcoin Trust GBTC, the world's largest bitcoin fund into an ETF. Currently everyone holding shares of GBTC are suffering a 25% or more discount to the actual value of the shares owned. By denying an ETF, you are not protecting investors, you are hurting them.
