Dear SEC, I am a GBTC shareholder and I support of the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. I have been watching the discount to NAV in GBTC decrease substantially, disconnecting it from the price of the Bitcoin asset. A conversion to an ETF would restore the value of my investment substantially. Please approve this conversion and protect the interest of investors like myself.
