Dear SEC,

I want a Bitcoin ETF.

I can legally buy Bitcoin through many different exchanges in a matter of minutes. How can you possibly justify not approving Bitcoin in an ETF financial vehicle?

If I want to buy apples, let me buy apples. If I want to buy rocks, let me buy rocks. If I want to buy metal, let me buy metal. You should not be able to restrict what I can spend my assets on outside of what is legal.

Furthermore, it is hypocritical to approve a futures-backed ETF that enables sophisticated financial firms can manipulate/control the spot price without actually having to own any Bitcoin.
I’m writing from Texas, with gratitude for the opportunity to express my view and with the hope that you will approve this conversion and protect the interest of investors.

Sincerely,

Craig Robertson
