Dear SEC staff, As an investor in GBTC, I urge the SEC to allow GBTC to convert to an ETF. I should be able to choose if I want a direct or futures-based exposure to Bitcoin. As an ETF, the stock would more effectively track the price of Bitcoin, rather than trading at a significant discount or premium. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.
