To: SEC Rules Review As a traditional investor, I have an allocation of my capital allocated to Bitcoin, specifically GBTC. I fully support Grayscale conversion to an ETF. Give the landscape of investing has changed, I believe an ETF structure should be more transparent to investors. In addition, other markets have opened up ETF like structures as well.
