Hello, I am writing to express support for the conversion of GBTC to a spot ETF. I would like my investment in GBTC to trade at the price of its underlying BTC investment. Since you have approved a futures based ETF for BTC, i see no reason not to approve a spot ETF, since a futures based ETF has to get spot pricing anyhow. In addition, the SEC has approved all manner of ETF on fixed income, which are not terribly liquid markets, such as HYB and IBOX. Please consider allowing holders of GBTC to get a fair price for our asset. Please approve a spot ETF. Thank you, John Linder -- John Linder, CFA, CPA
