To whom it may concern, I am writing today in an effort to advocate for the SEC to allow the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to convert to an ETF and be listed in US Markets. There are several beneficial reasons listed below: the ETF would more effectively track the price of Bitcoin GBTC would be uplisted from OTCQX to the NYSE Arca Grayscale is the largest digital currency asset manager and has a history of helping investors like me safely access the ever-evolving digital economy Thanks, Joel Quinones
